HypnoBirthing® classes are two and a half hours each week for five weeks (this is the better format as it enables practise and time to address individual needs).

The classes are usually held in the evening, but can be arranged during the day if more suitable. Weekend courses can also be arranged.

Classes are small, no more than four couples per course. Private, one to one courses can be arranged if preferred.

2010 HypnoBirthing Courses:

24th February - 24th March
31st March - 27th April
5th May - 2nd June
23rd June - 21st July
28th July - 25th August
29th September - 27th October
3rd November - 1st December


Course Fees:
Group Course is £245 per couple (£49 per class for two people)
Individual Private Course is £325 per couple (£65 per class for two people)

Don't forget about the new Health in Pregnancy Grant (from April 2009) where the government are giving every mum to be a one off payment of £190. So in effect your HypnoBirthing® course can be as little as £55!
